Setting your API to Public

By default, your API is only accessible in our web app through the API explorer. There are several ways to give the outside world access (and your projects) access to your content API. The simplest method is to switch your public API setting to Query - with that, your API is open to anyone to query, and protected from mutations that would potentially modify your content. See the following video for an example.

Just below that window, you can access your API endpoint, located in the screenshot below.

Alternatively, you could create a Permanent Access Token which would give you a secure endpoint to query your data with. For more information on what Permanent Auth Tokens are or how to get started with PAT, see the corresponding links in our documentation.
